What the pilot is

Clerke is built by Autimized, run by Adedeji Ademosu and Daniel Momah, based in Nottingham. The pilot is a small group of letting and managing agents in England and Wales using Clerke on real check-outs while we finish building it. You are one of a few.

What is free

Your first five check-outs are free, whatever the size of the property. No card, no contract, nothing to cancel. We have not set a price yet. We will work one out with the agencies in the pilot, and you can walk away at the end and owe nothing.

What we ask of you

Use it on real check-outs. Tell us what is missing and what gets in your way. That is the whole deal.

What Clerke does, and does not do

Clerke drafts. A model reads the photographs and writes the first version of what changed and what it is worth. You review every line before anything leaves the building. Nothing goes to a tenant, a landlord or a deposit scheme until a person at your agency signs it off. The decision on what to claim is yours, and so is the claim.

Your data

Your agency is the data controller. We process check-in and check-out photographs on your instructions and nothing else. Everything is stored in London. We keep it for as long as a claim can still come up, and we delete a job when you ask. The full detail is in How we handle your data and Retention and deletion.

Your account

Access is by a code sent to a work email you have registered with us. Do not share it. Tell us if someone leaves and their email should come off.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by emailing ops@autimized.io. We can end the pilot with two weeks' notice. Either way, you keep access to every finished document, because a finished check-out may be needed at adjudication long after the tenancy ends.
