Photographs and case data sit in a private store only your workspace can reach. Nobody outside your agency and Autimized can see them.
We keep a job for as long as a deposit dispute could still be raised against it, not for a fixed thirty or ninety days. A dispute can surface long after a tenancy ends, and evidence that has already been deleted cannot help you.
You can ask us to delete a job at any time. Today this is a manual process: email ops@autimized.io naming the job, and we action it within two working days. Deleting a job removes both the database record and the stored photographs, not one without the other.
There is no automated purge running on a schedule yet. A deletion request is carried out by a person, not a job that runs itself. We would rather tell you that plainly than describe a system that does not exist.
